For over 15 years, Matt Miller has been performing to crowds of all sizes across the U.S. and has gained experience that belies his youth. Classically trained in the Suzuki method from the age of eight, Matt developed an insatiable desire to discover music of all forms. He used his classical training to help him branch out and explore other genres, including bluegrass, Celtic, rock, jazz, blues, and country. While in college pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Matt extensively studied music and music theory, further cementing his knowledge in his craft, and fueling his love for the art. Now a violin teacher for over 5 years, Matt relies on his infectious passion to inspire students of all ages and abilities. He provides the tools and techniques to make realistic goals and help them grow. When Matt isn’t teaching, he regularly performs around the Emerald Coast, tours with several bands, and provides fiddle tracks to many recording studios in the area.
